Legislative Committee:
This committee reviews proposed and pending legislation that may affect New Jersey workers’ compensation, and informs the membership of same.  The committee also works with our lobbyist and other organizations affiliated with New Jersey workers’ compensation to prepare position papers and meet legislators to protect New Jersey employers’ interests.
Finance Committee:
This committee advises and consults with the Treasurer from time to time regarding the financial affairs of the Association.  The Committee also audits the accounts of the Treasurer annually to certify the accuracy of the accounts.
Program Committee:
This committee is responsible for all aspects of the educational seminars hosted by the Association.  They meet regularly throughout the year to plan seminars that are relevant to workers’ compensation professionals in a wide range of areas, from employers, adjusters, health providers, attorneys, and others.
Membership Committee:
This committee is responsible for reaching out to the New Jersey workers’ compensation community to promote the many advantages of becoming a member of the New Jersey Self Insurers’ Association.
